This trial is studying the efficacy and safety of the Bare Temporary Spur Stent System for treating blockages below the knee in patients with Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI).

This trial is studying the safety and effectiveness of the Pantheris SV atherectomy system for treatment of blockages in arteries below the knee. The Pantheris device has already received FDA approval and is available for commercial use (can be used for treatment outside of a research study).
